FLEX Auto Styling ("FLEX", "we", "us") is a window tint, paint protection film and ceramic coating shop in Prosper, Texas. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• What you give us: your name, phone number, email address and vehicle details (year, make, model) when you request a quote, book an appointment, fill out a form on our website or on a Facebook or Instagram ad, text or call us, or visit the shop.
• About your visit: the services you ask about or buy, appointment times, payments, photos of your vehicle taken for your job, and any warranty or aftercare records.
• Website use: basic information such as pages viewed and the ad or link that brought you to us, so we know which of our marketing is working.

How we use it

• To give you quotes, schedule and complete your work, take payments, and honor your warranty.
• To text or email you about your appointment, your job, aftercare, and offers you may be interested in.
• To understand which ads and channels bring in customers, and to improve our service.

Cookies and tracking

Our website does not use advertising cookies or ad-tracking pixels. We keep simple, anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, and the ad or link that brought you) using a random ID that is not tied to your name or phone number. Our payment provider (Square) may set its own cookies when you pay. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.

Texts and emails

You opt in to texts by entering your mobile number in the quote form at https://www.flexautostyling.com/quote.html and agreeing to the consent notice there, by texting or calling our shop, or by giving us your number in person. If you give us your number, we may text you about your appointment and occasionally about offers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text and we will stop messaging you. Reply "unsubscribe" to any email and we will take you off the list. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our SMS Terms.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted service providers to run the business, and they only handle your information for that purpose: payment processing (Square), messaging and customer management (GoHighLevel), our scheduling and records system, and website and ad platforms (such as Meta, whose lead forms and ad reporting we use). We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep job, payment and warranty records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and tax requirements. You can ask us to delete your contact information at any time.

Your choices

• Ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you.
• Opt out of texts (reply STOP) or emails (reply "unsubscribe") at any time.

Deleting your data

To have your information deleted, text or call us at (469) 436-3776 or visit the shop, tell us the name and phone number you gave us, and ask us to delete your data. We will remove your contact information and marketing history from our systems within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax, payment or warranty reasons.

Security

We use reputable, access-controlled systems and limit who on our team can see customer information. No method of storing data is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect yours.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
