FLEX Auto Styling LLC ("FLEX", "we", "us") sends text messages to customers and people who ask us for a quote. These terms explain our text messaging program.

Program

FLEX Auto Styling sends text messages about your quote, your appointment, your job, payments, aftercare and occasional offers, to people who gave us their mobile number and agreed to receive texts. We also send a one-time verification code when you start a quote on our website.

How you agree

• On our website, by entering your mobile number in our quote form and tapping the button, under the consent notice shown there. A separate unticked box lets you choose to also receive occasional offers.
• By texting or calling our shop at (469) 436-3776.
• In person at the shop when you book a job and give us your number.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply START to rejoin.
• Reply HELP, call (469) 436-3776, or visit the shop at 14695 Parvin Rd, Unit 204, Prosper, TX 75078.

Age

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our text messages.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
